The Phrakis is a small polyurethane support device that is fastened
into the sole of a snowboarder’s boot.  Once installed, the device creates
a shelf so that a snowboarder can distribute the weight of the board
across both legs while riding on a chairlift.

The shape of the Phrakis is designed to mold around the heel of a boot.  This unobtrusive design
is crucial in allowing the device to not interfere with any aspect of the boarder’s ride.

The device is adhered to the boot with a series of specially designed screws.  The screws feature
a wide thread pattern which is engineered specifically for the material of a snowboarder’s boot.
The screws are easy to install and will permanently adhere the device to the boot.

Ultimately, the Phrakis is a simple solution for supporting your board while riding a chairlift.  It
eases knee strain which in turn allows a snowboarder to ride longer.  Regardless of the type of
boarder you are, you will immediately see the benefits of the Phrakis.
